Although it’s to early to judge the doctor was very professional as well as being pleasant. He explained the upcoming procedure which was beneficial to us He did apologize for the delay which my wife and I appreciate. As we continue with the doctor we will have a better answer.

It was relying heavily on the Google reviews I read, and they were accurate! The office was clean, with warm professional team of doctor(s), nurses & administrators. All my nerves went away after speaking with Dr B Rieders, he took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my pressing questions. I recommend this office to anyone reading my feedback.

The staff sets the tone for the medical care because they are on the frontline. They are professional, people friendly and accommodating. e.g. They greet you and and if they are busy they acknowledges you and say, we’ll be with you in a moment and same happens on the phone. I’ve been seeing Dr Reddy now for over 10 years. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and has good bedside manners. He listened, give feedback, and caring. He also has a great sense of humor. I left the office on my visit 8/4/2022 laughing because of what he said to me. The laughter lightened the situation. I highly recommend him to others.

Dr Brandon is amazing! The staff is very compassionate and patient with seniors. I would recommend them 100 percent.

No long waits. The staff is pleasant and professional.

Going into my appointment I was really nervous. I knew that I needed an endoscopy because I have problems swallowing. Dr. Rieders, in his casual understanding way, convinced me that the procedure will be quick and painless. I trust in his word! I will continue this review after my endoscopy on Wednesday June 22/22.

Dr Riefers reviewed all concerns about my mothers symptoms and follow up care. I like that he is exploring all possibilities to find the cause of her illness.

The service is always very nice— they are kind and patient!!! I will be going back for there for sure!!!!
